A Danish Think Tank for Procurement Leadership Teams
Club 100 Denmark is a Danish think tank group with today 90 members within Procurement Executives Community (PXC).
It is designed for companies that want procurement to play a stronger strategic role in business performance, resilience and competitive advantage.
Participation includes both the CPO and selected members of the procurement leadership team.

Why Club 100 Exists
Procurement leadership has become significantly more complex.
Leaders are increasingly expected to influence:

- Supplier access and allocation
- Resilience and supply continuity
- Sustainability and compliance
- Growth and scalability
At the same time, many procurement organisations are still structured for a different reality.
Club 100 Denmark was created to provide a more serious environment for reflection, discussion and leadership development around these challenges.


How Club 100 Works
Club 100 Denmark operates through:

- Deep dive Workshop-based discussions
- Peer-to-peer reflection
- Strategic procurement themes only
- Cross-company learning
The format is intentionally small and discussion-oriented.
The purpose is not presentations or networking activity only but to create honest and relevant dialogue between procurement leaders facing similar challenges.
Who Participates
Today, Club 100 Denmark has 90 members, form Manufacturing, Energy, Pharma and Biotech and Service Industries
It is designed because we need a place for Senior Procurement Leaders to discuss and reflect on the msot critical topics in an confidentioal and trusted environment
Club 100 is used by:
- Chief Procurement Officers
- Procurement Directors
- and their Procurement leadership teams
Membership belongs to the company rather than the individual.
This creates stronger continuity, broader organisational involvement and greater long-term value for member companies.
A Different Environment
Club 100 Denmark is intentionally different from traditional professional networks and commercial communities.
The group is:
- Invitation or recommendation only
- Limited in size
- Strictly non-commercial
- Independent of sponsors and consultants
All discussions follow the Chatham House Rule.
